The villa is equipped with AIR CONDITIONERS in all bedrooms; CEILING FANS in all areas; KITCHEN with full equipment and accessories; HI SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET in all areas; 55'' ULTRA HD TELEVISION, ULTRA HD NETFLIX and YOUTUBE in the living room; HIGH FIDELITY SPEAKERS BLUETOOTH; WASHER and DRYER in the laundry room.

The ground floor features a generous open space, flooded with natural light, that connects the indoor and outdoor areas with a full panoramic glass sliding wall. The private courtyard overlooks the beautiful POOL that is surrounded by a wide range of tropical vegetation of the Mayan region. The shaded outdoor DINING AREA furnishings with seating for 8 persons are perfect for enjoying lunch or dinner with family and friends. The KITCHEN AREA is very spacious and has a large ISLAND BAR for up to 6 persons. It is equipped with a FRIDGE, OVEN, STOVE, MICROWAVE, TOASTER, BLENDER, COFFEE MAKER, COOLER, and WATER DISPENSER; as well as DISHES, GLASSES, POTS, PANS, KNIVES, and everything you need to prepare your meals.

The upper floor has 3 BEDROOMS with AIR CONDITIONERS and CEILING FANS; which have been designed and decorated to have their own personality and look & feel. All BATHROOMS are equipped with HOT & COLD WATER (very good flow pressure); and a generous set of BATHROOM TOWELS, BEACH TOWELS, SHAMPOO, CONDITIONER, BODY GEL, and SOAP. 

* MASTER BEDROOM #1: KING SIZE BED and PRIVATE BATHROOM with shower and bathtub.

* MASTER BEDROOM #2: KING SIZE BED and PRIVATE BATHROOM with shower (PLUS an INDIVIDUAL SIZE BED that is placed only when there are 7 guests).

* REGULAR BEDROOM #3: QUEEN SIZE BED with access to a SHARED BATHROOM with shower.

The MATRESSES have a micro offset comfort technology with higher concentration of springs that provide better support to all areas of the body offering greater stability and durability. Thanks to the body frame technology, it allows 100% use of the mattresses surface as it strengthens the perimeter with high density polyurethane foam; and the design of the mats with memory foam cushioning achieves the perfect combination between support and comfort adapting completely to each part of the body. The BED PILLOWS are filled with a down-alternative fill, that prevents allergies. They promote a clean comfortable sleeping environment and exceptional softness and support. The BED SHEETS are soft and luxurious, as well as cool and breathable. Their silky softness will envelop you in a blissful sleep experience. The 100% cotton COVERS bring beauty and style to the bedroom, which are handmade in the well-known Mexican telars in a women native community of the Mayan region.

VILLA LU’UM is all yours, privacy at its best in a secure environment. You will have access to the entire villa including pool, safe parking and courtyards, full security equipment along the perimeter. No shared spaces.
